STEP 1: ATTEND A free INTROductory TALK
Learn more about this simple, easy meditation technique, including the benefits of the practice, and how the course works. All of your questions will be answered.
STEP 2: TAKE THE COURSE
Vedic Meditation is taught over four consecutive days. The first day is a private one-hour session, and each subsequent session is about two hours. With each day there's a sequential elaboration of knowledge provided to you so that by the end of the fourth day, you're a self-sufficient meditator.
STEP 3: A LIFETIME OF SUPPORT
Completion of the course entitles you to a lifetime of support and follow-up to help you stay consistent with your meditation practice. You're welcome to retake the course as many times as you like, and can attend free group meditation sessions throughout our worldwide community, or check in with us whenever you have questions.
